The approval and regulation of pharmacy premises are matters not covered by the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law Act 2009 as in force in each state and territory and are therefore not the responsibility of the Pharmacy Board of Australia. The Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency is unable to assist in these matters. These matters are the responsibility of pharmacy approval authorities (31.0 KB,PDF) in each jurisdiction.
